Kerri Quirt, Computer Trainer

Kerri is a single mom to a teenage girl, and is passionate about teaching, which she’s been doing for more than 20 years.  When her daughter was diagnosed with a learning challenge, Kerri discovered the importance of identifying learning styles so her daughter could retain the lessons she was being taught at a very young age.  Not only did Kerri find the tools to help her daughter, she discovered a natural gift for teaching.  After sharing her hobby of computer training with friends and family for more than 15 years, Kerri launched Computer Tutoring Ottawa in 2010.

Kerri’s expertise is working with mature students, with a focus on learning styles, and presenting instructions in a way that anyone can understand.  Kerri takes the time to identify HOW her clients absorb information, and then tailors the one-on-one lessons for each individual.  When workshops are required, Kerri can pull together a mountain of information and present it in an enthusiastic manner, “helping you discover that learning is fun!”  She’s committed to assisting people in realizing a more empowered and joyful way of living their lives.

Ysabel Lopez, Business Consultant & Designer

Ysabel is a wife, a mother of 2 year-old Oliver, and is currently expecting her second baby in less than two weeks! Entrepreneurial Ysabel started her first company at the age of 18 and learned quickly how to balance running her own business with other paid employment. In her professional life, Ysabel currently works full time as a Business Consultant at the Y Enterprise Center, helping entrepreneurs to start their own dreamed business and she is also the designer and owner of Nurture-Elle Nursing Apparel.

Her son Oliver was the inspiration to start Nurture-Elle Nursing Apparel, which offers stylish, trendy and comfortable breastfeeding clothing that can be worn throughout the breastfeeding period as well as during pregnancy.
