Jill Earthy is the CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE), a non-profit organization educating, mentoring and energizing female entrepreneurs with growing businesses.  An entrepreneur with an MBA, Jill has successfully built 2 companies, grown them nationally and then sold them.  One of these companies is Momcafe Network, which she started in 2007 with Hilary Wooller, with the purpose of inspiring and connecting professionally minded Moms.  For the past 4 years, she has successfully grown both FWE and momcafe.  Recently she recognized that there really are only 24 hours in a day and raising a family with 2 full-time jobs was no longer feasible.  She made the difficult choice to move on from momcafe and the dream she created in order to focus on her family and the evolution of FWE.  Jill remains active in the community as Co-Founder of the Women’s Business Network Coalition, a Mentor & as a Judge for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.  Jill is a BIV Top 40 under 40 (2010) and was recently recognized globally by The International Alliance of Women for supporting the economic empowerment of women.  Jill’s passion is identifying opportunities, connecting people and recognizing when it is time to move on to the next thing.
