Victoria Sopik, Co-Founder and C.E.O of Kids & Company, an entrepreneur and mother of eight, understands the delicate balance between work and life. Victoria is a recognized expert in the child care field with more than 20 years of experience. She also studied business administration at the University of Western Ontario. Her expertise provides strategic direction for the company, as well as leadership.
