Kareen is a mom of 5 – yes 5! – kids who is passionate about entrepreneurship, having started her very first company back in 2005. She is definitely one person you need to meet as her resourcefulness will ensure that your need is met every time. For the past 15 years she has offered career counseling/job development services to hundreds of individuals and is now specializing in helping her clients discover who they are to help them get paid for who they are and not what they do. Kareen is also dedicated to giving special attention to the development of women through a movement she started in 2010 for francophone women, entitled Je Suis Née FEMME (I Am Born WOMAN).

Kareen’s specialties include career development, entrepreneurial projects, strategic life planning, self-assessment, networking skills, work-study-life balance and family dynamics. Through her new company, ConvergencePlus, she partners with companies, organizations, adults, youth and children in determining their VISIONS, discovering their PASSIONS and developing concrete ACTIONS for success through dynamic training, consulting and coaching services.
