Sit back and relax while you enjoy a light breakfast, steaming latté, and on-site childcare provided by Kids & Company, while listening to this inspiring woman and connecting with other savvy Professional Halifgonian moms. A portion of this event’s proceeds will go to Dress for Success Halifax.

Victoria Sopik, Co-Founder and C.E.O of Kids & Company, an entrepreneur and mother of eight, understands the delicate balance between work and life. That’s why she helped kick-start Kids & Company – to offer working parents and their employers supportive child care solutions. This award-winning company was founded in 2002 and since then has been featured yearly in Profit Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies. Since then they have continuously been a top job creator in their market, dedicated to expanding nationally while enhancing their products and services by becoming a source for other corporate wellness programs. Victoria is a recognized expert in the child care field with more than 20 years of experience. She also studied business administration at the University of Western Ontario. Her expertise provides strategic direction for the company, as well as leadership. Over the years, she has also developed successful long-term partnerships with numerous private and public organizations, and is active with several charitable organizations.

Childcare will be provided by Kids & Company. Childcare: Kids aged 0 – 12 years old are welcome. Listen to the speakers and engage in uninterrupted conversation while the children are supervised in a safe and fun area nearby. Babies aged 0 to 6 months (or older if you prefer) may choose to sit closer to Mom. An additional fee of $10.00 (plus HST) for the first child and $5.00 (plus HST) for each additional child will be charged for those requiring childcare (snacks included).

CHILDCARE IS FREE FOR momcafé MEMBERS! Email tasha@momcafenetwork.com to register your child.
