“Doing it all, all the time! A fresh perspective on Balance”

Hear how one mom with eight kids has built one of the fastest growing businesses in Canada

Bring your friends to the FIRST momcafé event in Edmonton on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Earls West Edmonton Mall to hear how one extraordinary modern mom with a large brood (8 kids to be exact, and a company that has experienced tremendous growth!) manages work and play with a can-do attitude. Sit back and relax while you enjoy a light breakfast, and onsite childcare provided by Kids & Company, while listening to this inspiring woman and connecting with other educated, savvy Edmonton moms. Part of this event’s proceeds will go to Suit Yourself Edmonton.

Victoria Sopik, Co-Founder and C.E.O of Kids & Company, an entrepreneur and mother of eight, understands the delicate balance between work and life. That’s why she helped kick-start Kids &Company – to offer working parents and their employers supportive child care solutions. This award-winning company was founded in 2002 and Profit Magazine named them Canada’s Fastest Growing Company in 2008. Since then they have continuously been a top job creator in their market, dedicated to expanding nationally while enhancing their products and services by becoming a source for other corporate wellness programs.

Victoria is a recognized expert in the child care field with more than 20 years of experience. She also studied business administration at the University of Western Ontario. Her expertise provides strategic direction for the company, as well as leadership. Over the years, she has also developed successful long-term partnerships with numerous private and public organizations, and is active with several charitable organizations.
